Permission is granted to access and use our educational materials for personal, non-commercial learning purposes. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions. Upon termination, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession.

  • Redistribute or resell course content
  • Remove copyright or proprietary notices from materials

3. Course Access and Enrollment

When you enroll in a course, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access the course materials. Course access is provided for the duration specified in your enrollment package. Lifetime access means access for as long as the course is offered on our platform.

4. Payment and Refunds

All course fees must be paid in full before accessing course materials. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Payment plans may be available for certain packages.

Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at sketchpad-service@gmail.com. Refunds are not available after 30 days or if you have completed more than 50% of the course content.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of SketchPad Studio and protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content is the exclusive property of SketchPad Studio.

Student work created during courses remains the intellectual property of the student. By participating in community forums or sharing work on our platform, you grant us a license to display and promote your work with appropriate attribution.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Post offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
  • Spam or promote unauthorized commercial activities
  • Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Impersonate instructors or staff members
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these conduct standards without refund.

8. Course Content and Instructor Changes

We reserve the right to modify course content, update materials, and change instructors as needed to improve educational quality. We will notify students of significant changes. Course curriculum may evolve based on industry developments and student feedback.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our educational services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or career advancement from taking our courses.

SketchPad Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

11. Certification

Completion certificates are awarded to students who finish all course requirements. Certificates are for educational purposes and do not constitute professional certification or accreditation. They demonstrate your completion of our curriculum.

12. Privacy

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
